Planning your campus event with AB
How early should we book prom or graduation?
Spring is our busiest season, so prom and graduation dates fill fast — we recommend reaching out as soon as your date is set, often a semester ahead. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you have on package and timeline. Send us your date and we'll confirm availability right away.
Do you travel beyond the Rio Grande Valley?
Yes. We're based in Weslaco and serve the entire RGV, but we travel Texas-wide for school and university events — we've produced school and college events as far as Austin and Dallas, and even an event in Colorado. Tell us your campus or venue and we'll fold travel into a clear quote.
Can you handle a gym, auditorium or outdoor stadium?
Absolutely — those big rooms are where we shine. We bring concert-grade sound, intelligent lighting and LED scaled to the space, whether it's a packed gym, a full auditorium or an outdoor stadium under the lights. We tune the system on-site so it stays clear and even from front row to back.
Do you keep the music and content school-appropriate?
Always. We use clean, edited versions and screen requests so every set stays school-appropriate. Share your guidelines or a do-not-play list ahead of time and our MC and DJ will follow them exactly — no surprises in front of students, staff or parents.
Can you invoice our school or district with a PO?
Yes. We're set up to work with schools and districts — we provide itemized written quotes and invoice against purchase orders to fit your procurement process. Just let us know your district's requirements and we'll provide whatever paperwork you need.
