Do you handle conferences, galas, and holiday parties?
Yes — conferences, award nights, galas, company holiday parties, brand activations, and product launches are all in our wheelhouse. We produce the whole event: AV, staging, lighting, LED, DJ, and emcee, with one team coordinating it end to end.
Do you travel beyond the Valley?
Absolutely. We're Weslaco-based and serve the entire Rio Grande Valley, but we travel Texas-wide and have produced events out of state — including in Colorado. If your event is beyond the Valley, just tell us where and we'll build the travel into your quote.
Can you provide AV for presentations and live camera to the LED wall?
Yes. We run AV for slideshows and keynote decks, and we can feed a live camera to the LED wall (IMAG) so the audience sees your speaker up close. Send us your slides and run-of-show ahead of time and we'll have everything cued and tested before doors.
Do you manage the run-of-show?
We do. We'll build the minute-by-minute run-of-show with you and run it on the night — cueing speakers, music, lighting, and AV so awards, presentations, and breaks all stay on time. You get one point of contact who keeps the program moving.
Is a bilingual MC available?
Yes — our emcee hosts in English, Spanish, or both, which is a natural fit for RGV audiences and mixed-language crowds. We'll match the hosting style and language to your guests and your program.
