AB Event Productions is built for the outdoors. We roll in our own generators and power for sites with no outlets, so a ranch or an open field becomes a full production. We plan for Valley weather — rain backups, shade and cooling for the heat, and rigging that holds in the wind. Our sound is concert-grade and tuned to carry across open ground, our lighting turns any space into a main stage after sundown, and our crew is RGV-heat-ready from load-in to last song. You bring the venue; we bring everything else.

No outlets, no problem. We bring quiet generators and full power distribution so a ranch, open field or backyard runs the whole show without a wall plug anywhere in sight.
Weather & rain backup plan
Every outdoor booking comes with a weather plan — rain backup and covered gear, shade and cooling for the RGV heat, and rigging weighted for the wind. The open air won't catch us off guard.

Concert-grade speakers and subs tuned for open air, so the music carries clean across a ranch, park or open field — no thin, washed-out sound, full energy from the front row to the back fence.

Can you handle a site with no power or outlets?
Yes — that's a big part of what we do. We bring our own quiet generators and full power distribution, so a ranch, open field or backyard with no outlet anywhere runs the entire show. Just tell us the site and we'll size the power for everything you need.
What's your weather and rain backup plan?
Every outdoor booking includes a weather plan. We keep gear covered and rain-ready, plan for shade and cooling in the RGV heat, and weight our rigging for the wind. We stay in touch with you as the date nears so there are no surprises, rain or shine.
Will the sound carry across a ranch, park or open field?
It will. Our speakers and subs are concert-grade and tuned specifically for open air, where there are no walls to bounce sound back. We place and aim the system for your space so the music stays full and clean from the front row all the way to the back fence.
Do you travel beyond the Valley for outdoor events?
Yes. We're based in Weslaco and serve the whole Rio Grande Valley, but we travel Texas-wide for outdoor events — and we've even produced events out of state in Colorado. Tell us where your site is and we'll work travel into your quote.

Yes — community festivals, fairs, city celebrations and public events are right in our wheelhouse. We handle festival-scale stage sound, lighting and LED, bilingual announcing for big crowds, and we're used to coordinating with city staff, event committees and vendors. We can provide a certificate of insurance and work within your run-of-show and venue requirements.
